H5216, Humana's largest, with 2,354,580 members mostly in Florida, Texas and North Carolina, rose from 3.5 stars to 4. Nineteen of Humana's 30 rated contracts went up and three went down. The single biggest reason is H5216, which holds 2,354,580 members and moved from 3.5 to 4 stars. H5619 and H6622, two more large contracts, also rose to 4.
