Worth writing about

• A number that looks wrong. This is the most useful message you can send us. Tell us the page and the figure and we will check it against the filing — and if we got it wrong we will say so on the corrections page.
• A policy or plan we have missed. Especially one whose filed terms differ from how it is marketed.
• A question about the method. The methodology page covers most of it; write if it does not cover yours.
• If you are an insurer and think we have described your product unfairly. We will read the filing again and correct it if you are right.

What we cannot do

We cannot quote you, sell you a policy, advise you on which one to buy, or intervene in a claim. We are a publication, not a broker or an adviser, and we are not licensed to do any of those things anywhere. For US marketplace plans the authoritative place to check eligibility and enrol is healthcare.gov or your state’s own exchange.
